Where can I find the code lamp for level...

Level 2: Right where you find the skateboard.
Level 3: Near the end boss.
Level 4: At the top of the stairs with all the worms, try to find a way to go northeast.
Level 5: It's at the top-middle of the level. There are two ways to get there; explore a bit.
Level 6: After the evil babies, when you get the padlock bonus, go down.
Level 8: You need to bring along the first crate you find.
There is no code lamp in levels 9 and 13.
Other levels: Shrouded in mystery...

In MTF's level viewer/editor, what's up with all those lines in level 5?

Level 5's data file is a bit messed up in the gate section. This results in a lot of faulty gates in the game; MTF shows those because the game itself also lets you enter them.
By the way, level 6 also has a messed up datafile, but in the bonus section instead of the gate section. This is a lot less noticeable.

How can I view the "hidden" bricks in the level viewer?

Hidden bricks are only visible after you touch them. In fact, when you do this you are just picking up a bonus block that doesn't have any effect. So, to view them just hide the bonuses by pressing "B".

Why does Moktar have an extra level?

Level 15 in Moktar, "Direction Barbes", was taken out of Titus the Fox because the creators thought this level was too poor. If they had put it in, it would have been called "Arrival in Paris".

On which platforms were the games released?

Originally on the Amiga, Atari ST, Amstrad CPC and, of course, the PC. Some years after that a version for the Gameboy came out, but with different levels and gameplay. The Amiga, Atari and PC versions most likely have the same levels (I only checked the first few). The CPC version has only three levels that resemble the ones from the other platforms, together with four unique levels.
